Since the start in 2004, Logistic Contractor has built almost a hundred logistics and industrial facilities, strategically located near large logistics hubs. We have thus built up a large network of contacts with municipalities and private property owners, which means that we can satisfy the vast majority of our customers’ establishment wishes.

We also have access to our own land through acquisitions and collaborations. Here we offer establishment in newly produced, environmentally certified properties, individually adapted to each customer.

Logistic Contractor owns 19 500 sqm of land in Bastukärr’s logistic area northeast of Helsinki in Finland suitable for a logistics or industrial facility of about 9 700 sqm.

In Eidsvoll, 60 km north of Oslo, Logistic Contractor has acquired 191,000 sqm of land for logistics and industrial establishments. It is located by the E6, just north of Gardermoen Airport. Here we can offer built-to-suit turn-key facilities up to 50,000 sqm, for rental or acquisition. Right next to this plot we are presently building a new 64,000 sqm central warehouse for Ahlsell.
