LC has sold a fully leased, self-developed logistics facility with a rentable area of approximately 24,000 square meters in Ulricehamn, Sweden. The buyer is SLP, Swedish Logistic Property. The sale is executed as a corporate transaction at a property value of 204 million SEK, and SLP will take possession of the property on June 28.
The facility was completed in 2023 and is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. In addition to the existing building, the property has further development potential in the form of a substantial building right.
