Logistic Contractor to build 18,000 sqm logistics facility in Oskarshamn, Sweden

LC has been commissioned to construct a new logistics building of approximately 18,000 sqm in Oskarshamn for a major player in the automotive industry. In addition to space for logistics operations, the facility will also include staff areas and a cafeteria. The order value amounts to SEK 152 million, and the facility will be BREEAM-certified at a minimum level of “Very Good.”

“We have been working with the client for several months on cost estimation and planning. Now we are fully prepared to start construction and provide them with the best possible conditions for an expanded and more efficient logistics operation,” says Torbjörn Nilsarve, CEO of Logistic Contractor.

The facility is scheduled to be operational in February 2026.
