New Logistics assignment for LC

Logistic Contractor has been commissioned to construct a logistics facility of approximately 21,000 square meters in Östra Ljungby, located in Klippan Municipality in Sweden. The client is a major transport and logistics company, and the contract value amounts to SEK 135 million. The aim is for the facility to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.

“With this agreement, LC gets a very positive start to the new year. We will commence the planning work immediately and aim to hand over the facility to the client at the beginning of 2026,” says Torbjörn Nilsarve, CEO of Logistic Contractor.
