Strategic Partnership in Norway for Sustainable and Future-Oriented Property Development

Logistic Contractor Norge AS and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap AS (PEF) have entered into a strategic partnership to develop modern warehouse and logistics properties with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Together, the parties will execute ambitious projects that combine technical innovation, efficiency, and environmental considerations.

A Partnership Covering the Entire Value Chain

The partnership spans the entire value chain, from early-stage project development to completion and long-term management. Under this agreement, the parties will develop multiple properties on strategically important sites, starting in Kløfta just north of Oslo. Further developments are already planned for Moss and other locations owned and developed by the partners. The initial total potential amounts to approximately 100,000 m² of warehouse and logistics properties.
