Verdion Vaggeryd
Logistic Contractor is constructing a logistics facility of 17,000 square meters for the logistics developer Verdion. The facility is being built in the logistics-dense Stigamo area outside Vaggeryd, Sweden, directly adjacent to the E4. Certification will be according to Breeam Very Good, and the roof is being prepared to enable the installation of solar panels in the future.
Construction is set to start in the spring of 2023 and is expected to take one year.
